Transforming a written project into an engaging oral presentation can be challenging. After highlighting key strategies to utilize in academic talks, this interactive workshop will pair students with consultants to practice and revise their lightning talks and other presentations to build confidence and provide clarity. Participants will learn strategies for adapting academic writing into spoken language, strengthen their delivery and manage time for a professional, academic presentation.
